Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your right to withdraw

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

This right applies to consumers (individuals purchasing for personal, non-commercial use) making distance purchases (i.e. orders placed online).

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
• The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact.
• Products that have been opened, partially used, or whose packaging has been damaged are not eligible for a refund under the right of withdrawal (unless the product is faulty - see Section 5).
• The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw.

For valid returns under the 14-day right of withdrawal:

• We will refund the full purchase price of the returned goods, including standard outbound delivery charges where applicable.
• We will not refund enhanced or expedited delivery charges where you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard option we offer.
• Return postage costs are not covered unless the product is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied.
• Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In these circumstances:

• Contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault at info@gardensieveiu.world.
• We may ask for photographic evidence of the fault before processing a remedy.
• Return postage for faulty items will be fully reimbursed by us.
• You may choose a replacement or a full refund (including original delivery charges) for confirmed faulty goods.

6. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return or refund under this policy:

• Opened or partially used products (unless faulty).
• Products returned after the 14-calendar-day withdrawal period without a prior agreed extension.
• Products damaged by the customer through misuse or failure to follow storage instructions.

These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
